new animated exercise video for children
ages 2-7 is specifically designed by a Certified Personal
Trainer, and mother of two young children, to help promote
children to become healthy, strong, active, and inspired
to GET FIT!
Children
will love learning about their muscles and how they work
while hoping, twisting, and jumping to fun sing-a-long
songs with Kristi and JoJo the animated bear. Children
will also learn about nutrition and the importance of
eating healthy while improving balance, flexibility, coordination,
motor skills, and self-esteem.
The
American College of Sports Medicine and the American Academy
of Pediatrics recommend that toddlers receive 30 minutes
of structured daily physical activity, and preschoolers
receive 60 minutes of structured physical activity to
maintain optimal health.
